That's what I would go with, a good compromise for street and trails. Depending on your usage, you may want to adjust some things. If you ride mostly trails, you could make the CS number a little bigger, and maybe even go a tiny bit slacker on the HT. If you are gonna be rockin' park only, you could make her a little steeper and shorter on the CS.

My ideal specs for an xxxl bmx frame :

22.3" toptube (center to center)
14.3" chainstays (slammed)
75 degree head angle
71 degree seat angle
11.75" bottom bracket

I currently own a Macneil Deuce Deuce (the only 22" freestyle twenty on the market) the specs on that are:

22" toptube
14.75" chainstays
74.5 headangle
71 seatangle
11.8 bottom bracket

However the deuce has been unchanged for quite a few years now and as such is a bit of a dinosaur compared with modern BMX frames - it weighs 6.3lbs for faaarrrcks sake!!!
Ergo if updated i reckon it needs shorter stays, steeper head angle and lower weight!
I really hope some more companies bring out 22" BMXes
