I just picked up a 2004 DJ 1 110mm fork...
What's the correct oil height? mm's from top caps

No 'correct' height, you can vary it quite a bit to change the characteristics of the fork. As long as there's at least 3/4s full you'll be OK.

Thanks - I got a reply on another board saying anywhere between 55mm & 60mm. I opened the fork up last night, and it actually measured 60mm in both legs - surprised me, usually the oil levels in new Marzocchis need attention.
