Hi guys, I bought a 2014 888 lightly used last season. Medium spring, which is probably too light for me at 195lbs geared up and riding.
I bottomed it decently hard off a jump at our local bike park and since then, when I pull up, like to manual, jump, etc, the top out of the fork is pretty abrupt. Not an audible thud, but a thud I can definitely feel. Other than that, the fork runs great so I am not terribly worried.
I've heard the 888's are pretty simple inside, so do you have any thoughts to what this might be? Is there a top out bumper or anything? Something with the rebound?
Thanks.
EDIT: It's the RC model.
