While Palin is despised by most liberals – and her “star” has fallen very far from where it once was just a couple of years ago – she’s still fairly influential with evangelicals and tea party Republicans. These are key voters Trump needs in his corner if he wants to win Iowa. Not only that, but Palin has been a rather big fan of Cruz over the last several years. Heck, I’ve referred to her as the “female Ted Cruz” several times. So her choosing to endorse Trump is a fairly big deal in far-right conservative circles. Coming off Trump’s comments about nobody liking Cruz, Palin’s endorsement only seems to give credibility to the billionaire’s statement.

I remember walking into a Fixed Base Operator in California after just flying in while she was giving her "I give up as governor" speech. I thought t was maybe because I started watching it part-way through that it just didn't make sense, so I sat and watched it through, but it was just like random phrases joined together nonsensically. After watching William Shatner and thinking about it for a while, I decided to use her speech to make poems:

I no longer think this is just pre-caucus frothing, flash in the pan, Rick Santorum wins Iowa, stuff. Trump could very well be the Republican nominee. That's pretty fucking frightening if you take a moment to seriously consider it.
