i really like my trek, but would like to upgrade a few things. i am very unhappy with the quality of shifting, it does not always engage and the deraileur seems to have a mind of its own. adjustment has not cured this at all so i am looking into upgrading he derailuers.
i am also not fully pleased with the Rock Shox Jett T2 fork. it is ok, but there is still much to be desired.
for now the brakes are adequate, howver i am open to suggestions as to upgrades available for it.
the saddle is HORRIBLE, my rear hurts from riding it for less than half an hour. suggestions for replacements?

btw, i use the bike mainly for XC but also a little bit of light DH riding.
