I have a Giant DH Team Factory that have used to race in WC, this model have a shock mount reversible to change the BB height and comes with a 9.5"x3.0" shock versus 9"x2.75" comercial model.

I've noticed that the reinforcement from rear stays hit the upper shock mount before the shock compress all the travell (1cm travell unused). I have tried to reverse the upper shock mount to change the shock position and high bb, but then the rear stays hit the frame before, and get the same rear wheel travel, but always 1cm travel from shock remains unused..
The rear stays always hit the frame before bottom out the shock...
Anyone have this model and can tell me if have the same problem?.
