Neck hurts if turn or tilt right or look up or down... Fack. I think my wife tried to strangle me in my sleep or something last night. Didn't do a very good job, should have finished me off.

T'was a joke of sorts.

Physiotherapy, soft tissue muscle work, coupled motion adjustment, that sort of thing. And I'm talking about transient type torticollis. Go to bed good, wake up with strange spasms from sleeping wrong, etc.

Other types...not so sure. There's likely something else at work that's well beyond my scope.
