Without permanently damaging stem or iPhone. I could see epoxy eating right through a plastic phone case.
I'm thinking a some combination of Velcro with a sticky side.
Try this stuff. It is awesome. Recently molded a new splint for a broken finger with it. The one from the Doctors wouldn't allow me to grip handlebars and ride.
