It goes to the whole deal not just tiny parts. I'm very surprised at scope of their recommendations. But impressed with the thought and discussion that must have gone into them. For all 10 of them to say the were unanimous in support is amazing. Panetta and Simpson talking about bipartianship and its importance in getting this done.
