We will be hosting a basic bike skills clinic on THURSDAY, MAY 1st at PLAINE & Son (1816 State Street, Schenectady) FROM 6-7PM. At the clinic, you will learn how to change a flat tire by changing a tube and patching a tube, as well as how to properly lube your chain for rides, how to fix a broken chain, how to adjust your seat and bars into a comfortable and optimal ride position as well as answer any other questions you might have while sampling some delicious LUNA Products. All of the skills you will be learning will apply both to mountain and road bikes, so all types of riders are welcome!!!
We are asking for a donation of $7.00 at the door and that will include a raffle ticket for our seat bag that comes filled (courtesy of Plaine & Son) with a multi-tool, patch kit, tube and full sized bottle of chain lube (courtesy of ProGold Lubricants). The proceeds from this event will be donated to the Breast Cancer Fund.
