Trail Inventory, this Sunday 4/1 and 4/15. Noon, Camp Sekani.
We really need folks who are familiar with the downhill trails to help this Sunday!
These trail inventories are part of the Beacon Hill Project. We are collecting subjective information on trail condition, tread quality, problem areas, ability level, amount of use, etc. This data will be used for mapping and as part of the database we are building. Contact Dan Webber @ Wintersport with any questions. If you have an odometer or GPS, bring it.
Kona Grant - we've got the go ahead from City Parks to write a Kona Freeride Grant, to rebuild Leap of Faith and some other "landmark" elements that really need some help.
Beacon Clean up, June 2. This coincides with National Trail Day. Folks have been asking when there is going to be another cleanup, so here it is. PM me if you want to help organize it, otherwise hope to see you.
