I have a 2001 stinky deluxe pre production bike with On-one cranks and I'm looking at the blackspire ns-1 chain guide and I was wondering if it would fit. My concern is the inner plate of the guide hitting the pivot.

The Blackspire guides are extremely functional when set up properly (inner plate as close to chain as possible, roller as tight as possible, etc).

They should work well on the Stinkies. I know some Stinkies have the pivot sticking out a tiny bit over the edge of the BB shell because of bolt placement. In that case you'll have a problem with almost any chainguide. It's not uncommon for frames to require you to modify the chainguide. If it does it the pivot, get out the dremel tool and take off some material where it touches.
