Last weekend I went up to albequerque with a couple of friends and blew my seals, and not a fair amount of iol has leaked out already, but when i tried slowing my rebound down there was no difference, and it comes up as fast as before, could this be because the amount of oil that has leaked out, or could it possibly be blown?? any more info needed te find out? thanks!

*CRINGE* I can hear the massive stampede coming right now.

Where oh were is Jm_ whenwe need him? :D

It is hard to tell but the loss of oil (depends on how much you lost) could allow teh piston to pull air into the oil. When the oil aireates it can mess with the damping. Or low oil can make the last portion of the compression stroke(and first part of the rebounding stroke) fast for lack of oil going thru/around the piston.

Since Jm_ hasn't posted before I started to respond I will type a comment for him:

"Fast rebound damping, huh? How could you tell?" :) Thank you!
or
"Rock Sucky uses antiquated...blah blah blah blah blah..." :D Can I call it or what?
