So at the gym, I've been doing 30 mins on a bike, then 30 min's on this cardio/spin/climb machine.
yesterday Ipushed myself on the bike and according to it's readouts I burned 540 calories in 30 min's. That seems pretty high, could that be right or do you think its inflated to make you think your accomplishing more than you actually did?
Also if someone is working out next to me I usually compare my calories to there's, and i always am burning more then them.
