Can Your Company Help Colonnade?
Would you rather build single-track than do paperwork all day? Do you want to play in the dirt and get paid for it? The BBTC is looking for folks to help us build a solid corporate labor pool.
Heres how it works:
We need contacts within companies throughout our region to put together groups of interested co-workers that will come out to a work party or two. Many companies offer a volunteer match by giving time off and/or a dollar amount to the organization and some will even match your donations. This is a great way for you to be able to assist in Colonnades development and fundraising and possibly a good way to get out of work for the day.
The best way to find out if your company has such a program is to contact your Manager and/or your Human Resources department.
For more details, please contact Jon Kennedy via email: jon@bbtc.org or by phone at 206.524.2900.
You have the opportunity here to really make a difference in our fundraising and volunteer efforts just by getting a group of people interested in your workplace.
