I have a 2004 R1000, and i really have no idea what the frame is worth. Im thinking about selling the frame, or trading it for an equivalent cross frame. The frame is in good shape and all. Anyone have any idea what its worth?

I think you'll get about $550-$500 for frame, headset and fork.

You can order CAAD7 framesets (w/ alloy steerer fork vs. carbon) new for about $600 from C-dale dealers. If the frame is used I'd say 50 -75% of retail?
