Train? too hard
Pedal uphill? too difficult

Complete weigth with MRP rollers and hardware including ISCG screws is 270g so that's pretty light.. the upper pulley will go to to be replaced by something eventually (pulley w/ bearing are like 40g each! Ohhhh My God! that is what's keeping me slow!! I kmew it :D)

I made custom plates out of RTM6 / AS4 5HS with a plain old quasi isotropic laminate. I wanted to put some .003" glass scrim on both side to prevent fraying during cutting but I got lazy and skipped that step.. Which was dumb.. I would have save the time during the drilling / boring steps..

Otherwise the plates were waterjet cut to go together nice with a tight fit.

I also glued them with epoxy for a set I made for a friend.
My own set is glued with hot melt to make the aluminum part replaceable but I already can see it's not a very good idea. That not very structural at all but I wanted to try just for fun..

That's it

I DO NOT want to know what is going through your head right now! For your sake, I'm hoping that Ashcroft doesn't view bike parts as pornography. I can't stop thinking about when Judge Rheinhold saw Phoebe Cates by the pool. I need to go.

Sweet guide.
