Pretty interesting, I watched a documentary on it a couple days ago. From what I got from the film the main issue is who has a right to the factory, the owners who wanted to sell off the stuff, but whom now want to gain profit from the now profitable factories, or the workers who have been jobless for 5 or 6 years now and need to feed there families.
Keep in mind that even though these factories went bankrupt, most of them received multi million dollar bail outs from the government, which were promptly placed into bank accounts, legally due to the lack of monetary regulations at the time.
