If the paint is cracking near a stress point stop riding it now. I would definitely contact your LBS that you bought it from and then the Manufacturer. They may know something and replace it or tell you it is good. Cracking paint can (not always) be indicative of metal flexing under it which can lead to fatigue then breakage then a face that looks like you held next to a blet sander!
Where is it cracking? I found the paint on my Psylo Race to be utter crap. It chipped off in big chunks down near the dropouts. I think their "Electric" paint colors have trouble with adhesion. I would still be sure to check into the more serious causes (metal flexing or cracking underneath) as well.
