Ok so again Im new to cross bikes but so far I really like my X7, CX really are the do it all truck of bikes. Im gonna strip her down and build her up again so I was wondering what groupos all u veteran psychocrossers would suggest?

Personally Im a SRAM guy, I love the Apex on my roubaix, and I feel its a pretty good groupset with a wide gearing ratio to handle a lot of terrain so I was thinking Force or Rival outfit with a Apex casette?

I plan on using it for my do it all bike, road/trails/cross-racing (nothing too serious just to race to race I dont plan on smoking everyone lol)

Why not stick with the Apex you're using? Save some bucks?

I run shimano because all of my bikes have shimano. I have 105 on the training bike and Ultegra SL on the race bike.

Im not a shimano man, Im def not a hater but I just prefer SRAM, I havent gotten to ride anything Campy.

The Apex is on my roadie bike the X7 currently has Sora which isnt horrible, but leaves some to be desired.
