So how did your diet go this season?

Have you blown yourself off the scale since you stopped biking?

Weight now?

What weight will you fit into by march?

going up or going down this winter?

What is your preferred method of weight loss this winter if you are going for it?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Blew it

easing off the bike been easing into too many seats at McDonalds

Don want to know

prolly will try to lose 30lbs

going down with some careful planning

1) It went fine. I cut back on caloric intake in February and have not looked back.
2) I am still biking, though not as much since daylight savings.
3) My weight now is 168, down from 185 in February.
4) I want to get down to 160 by next Spring.
5) Going down, hopefully.
6) Weight training, indoor cardio, and proper diet.

2) I never stop biking
3) probably 165 lb, same as always
4) By jan I should be 5 or 10 lb lighter because of 5 week touring in vietnam but I will make sure to drink enough beer to get back to 165

Avoiding the nine to five
1) Don't diet, but I eat healthy
2) Actually I lost muscle weight after my injury, went from 140ish to <130(tore my ACL, am off the bike for some time).
3)134
4) Gain weight, hopefully 145ish
5) Weight training, road riding when I'm allowed to, continuing to run when allowed to, swimming, maybe some hiking when I am allowed to, continuing to eat smart(though Ben and Jerry's is healthy right?).
