That is the kit form. I think he wants one already made.
I would say that it is a custom job because it is tire size specific. Also with the wood working skills needed to make it I would say it would sell for around 175-200 so not really worth it unless you want to do it yourself and have pride in your craftsmanship
more of a pain then it is worth IMO. that would takes a long ass time to make.
