I just bought some GNC extreme(god I hate this word) whey protein and here are the specs I find the carb amount a little high.

What do you think?

25 g protein
1.6 g fat
11 g carb

yes, your carb content sounds kinda high - but it could be a bit of maltodextrin to speed absorbption.
