flash videos not showing up in firefox (osx)

Okay this is kind of strange. Most videos will display properly, but I would guess that 25% of the time I either get nothing or a white box where the video should be. I've gone to the Adobe Flash site and it says I'm up to date...but obviously something is funky.

I'm on the OSX 10.5.6 and am running Firefox 3.0.8 Any ideas?

Try going into add-ons, plugins, and take flash out of there and reinstall.

Or try the Safari 4 beta :)
