What is the maximum amount of fluids the body can absorb per hour? I know on a hot day I can easily drink 80oz of fluids in 2hrs but is my body really absorbing that many fluids?
I'm just curious for intense training rides that are in the 1.5-2hr range do I need more than 2 large bottles? Can I even absorb more than 2 large bottles?
