I have a meta 5.5.3 2009 model.
The shock is FOX FLOAT R.
The bushings that are needed are 22.2x8
I have found 2 types of these:

Will both fit?
Which one do you recommend? (i guess the second version, is an updated one, offering less friction)
In the second type, there is also a steel version, which btw is more expensive.
Is this better than the aluminum version? (maybe more durable?)
