Hey everyone, I am going to be conducting a free tele-seminar and I hope that that intersted RM forum readers will be able to participate.
Here is the low down on the seminar. It is going to be
held on Wednesday the 30th at 5:30 p.m. PST/ 8:30 p.m.
EST. It will be available through a direct phone line or
through a streaming audio webcast. People can register for it through

Once they register they will be e-mailed the event
info, including the pre-event webpage where they can
submit questions they would like to see answered. I
can't promise I'll get to every question by I sure will
try.
I am planning on discussing how strength training
enhances your riding beyond just riding your bike, how to
approach strength training during the race season and
nutrition/ supplementation for max results. Plus, I'll
be giving away a free suprise bonus during the call. It
promises to be an unprecedented event for the mountain
bike community to get some great training info.
