How do you go about getting a WAV file onto your phone?

With my phone it was EASY - I just emailed it to my phone. Oh, don't know you're phone's email address? Also easy - just send a text message to your regular email address and then reply. Done. Then save the .wav file to wherever you need it to go and BAM.

Yes, I am a dork. But at least I don't pleasure myself to the cadence or practice starts all winter.
