My broken pieces ache this morning, I feel old. It's cold and I'm tired.
You know you work in an engineering department when the stainless steel coffee pot has been permanently strained brown
Thorsday it is.
'Morn'. The older dog crapped in the house yesterday. Poor pooch...something must have scared her. Not her fault. She makes some smelly poops but at least the cleanup is easy.
I ran ~11 miles at 8:01 pace yesterday. Good run. I think the MTB racing equivalent of me as a runner would be a fast sport/slower expert rider.
Morning, overdid it with the gym last night....... I hurts, It will grow back
That makes you a super sport.
Haven't even left for work and I already wanna go home.....
A little steel wool and that'll be good as new.
Coffee and craigslist scammers on tap at the moment.
How much metallurgy do you use designing cardboard boxes?
Just cracked my first "study beer"... It's gonna be a long day. Fvck the end of the semester.
Awwwwww... poor college student.
Clearly more than you.
I haz a Google. Out of the 48ish courses I took, materials science is the only class that took me more than once to pass. Austenites and eutectoids can kiss my pale white ass.
My coffee maker has a glass carafe, so your argument is invalid.
That was my Navy pace for 1.5 miles.
Lots to do here, get cracking.
So you failed your material science course and eutectic again, yes?
Not sure if corny joke is
get it? get it? huh? huh?
I never ever had to retake a college course. Your B.S. is bs.
I could have graduated 1/2 a year early despite failing that one course.
Your failure makes mooshoo proud.
This thread could be going places...
It doesn't matter because neither JK nor I went to a college as good as Stoney.
Damn straight. I didn't pass calc the first time. That in large part was because I was not ready for "intro to calc" where the professor assumed that you had already taken it and passed on the AP test.
I had Calc I my 1st semester. Iranian instructor = no English. I had no idea what was going on. Got a 3.5... without ever having learned anything.
Mandatory PTO isn't the worst thing ever. Lonely out there this AM.
sick as a dog, baileys and cocoa and catching up on all the movies I missed in the last year
Someone spread some rep for me
and what does he do with all his fantastic education?
wtf. calc is easy sh*t man. i had that as a jr in high school.
I've found that anyone who doesn't have a degree in sciencyness sees math much differently than us nerds.
Kinda sorta my point. Ability to perform in real world >> school, as you know.
I seem to do alright despite failing materials science.
if it makes you feel any better my worst grade in college was a C in organic chemistry.
I got an A in that.
My school didn't have D's and F's......C was the lowest possible grade. We also had 4 semesters/year.
My school was fvcking weird.
Your school is as bad at math as you are. Those are quarters fool
we had 4 semesters / year too. but people still failed.
so wait... if they didn't have D's or F's... how did you fail a class and have to retake it?
You got an "incomplete"....basically as if you never took it. Probably the school's way of keeping GPA's higher and making all their students look more like geniuses than they really are.
so "no child left behind" for college?
