iTMS adds Warner Brothers shows and... Metallica

"New release" Tuesdays are becoming quite an interesting gamble these days for the iTunes Music Store. This fine Tuesday, the iTMS has received the addition of six new TV shows available for download at the usual $1.99 per show, all from the Warner Brothers network. WB fans can now download (what appears to be just the first season of) Friends, Aquaman, Babylon 5, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, and The Best of MADtv. Here's my question: where's my America's Next Top Model!?


In other exciting iTMS news, the band Metallica seems to have made an appearance on this week's iTunes additions, with twelve albums being available for download between $7.92 and $9.90 per album (and of course, the usual $0.99 per track for individual songs). Maybe they've had a change of heart since their old anti-download days, or perhaps it was just the heaps of cash that Steve Jobs rolls in on his bed every night that drew them in...
