I had a friend turn me on to Penzeys for most all of my spice needs. They have the freshest, highest quality spices that I've found. They always send something free to try out with your order too (at least with mine).

Just as an example, instead of just having curry, they have 9 different kinds of curry. There's 8 different kinds of Cinnamon.

Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Oh, and on a side note. Be careful to store your spices properly or they will lose their flavor and zest.

light and heat degrade spice quality, so cool and dark is where they should be. Most people keep them too close to the stove/oven, so they get hot and lose potency.

I've been keeping mine in the fridge/freezer and it seems to be working well for me so far. Its still just an experiment though.

a mortar and pestle are your friends. nothing like toasting some cumin and coriander seeds, then grinding them up.
