i'm lookin for some info on the GT psyclone, handmade 853 yumminess
does anyone know much about it? there isnt much online, and i need some research before a purchase

would it be good enough for jumping/thrashing? thats what the guy is trying to sell it as... how is it for strength?

or should i just keep it for road and light dirt work?

any info appreciated

that frame if im not wrong is made to be a light xc race frame, it might hold up to some level of abuse but i wouldnt buy it if thats the purpose you want it to serve, youd be better off with a cheaper frame, it will be just as strong if not more.

If you want a gt frame for jumping on try a rukus

actually quite a few people use Zaskar frames for that kind of stuff.....light and strong. try a Craftworks frame, or maybe an '01 Norco 250cc

but its too nice a bike to thrash, i want to keep it in immaculate condition and race XC on it

luckily i managed to score a real cheap Merida slalom bike, 14" alu frame, built tough, manitou xvert super forks, xt, discs, truvativ cranks,
all at less than half retail thats my new thrash bike
