Is it hadley specific? Mine is missing and only seem to come as a service pack.

Is it the one that slides over the drive-side axle cap, that has holes in it and comes out with a pin spanner? If so I'd say it's definitely hadley specific. It also acts as a bearing retainer / preload adjuster, if we're talking about the same part.

Nah its number 14, sits behind freehub, like a big rubber oring.
