This is most likely a long shot but I'm getting quite frustrated.

I took my x-fusion shock off my 2005 SX Trail into a shop here in NZ for servicing. Upon pick up a few months later, I found they'd lost the bushings for the shock. I took the shock back to them to order replacement, and left the mounting hardware with them as well, in a bag, wrapped up with the shock. At some point over the next few months (and several phone calls) they lost all the hardware. They are refunding me the cost of the servicing and are going to try and replace the hardware, but I don't have much faith in them. Is it possible to find hardware for this frame?

have you tried contacting specialized corporate directly? i know that might not be the best option being in NZ and all, but worth a shot.

try xfusion as well.

if either of them can at least provide the specs for the mounting hardware, you could probably get it made at a local machine shop

hopefully they didn't lose those custom conical washers and sleeves for the rear eyelet. If so, I think specialized is your best bet. If it's for the front eyelet, I think a local machine shop could bust some out for you. If I remember, they are quite thin, but easy to make.

They did lose the conical washers and sleeves. Thanks for the link, I'll check up with the shop and send them that if necessary.
