Bout an expensive watch/cyclometer/exercise thing today from my shop. Any recommendations on books to learn what I should be doing with the stupid thing?

Uh... read the little booklet that came with it? All you really need to do is a Google search for Heart Rate Training - loads of free information.

Sometimes you're way too smart. I googled a bit before asking, but I tend to like things such as books that I can take with me to read while away from the computer. Guess that's why the printer was invented.
