Well I just got my Heckler in last night. I had a Bullit and had the 5th setup dialed in.

Trying to setup the Hecklers 5th coil to the recommended pressure setting and it seems real high after rding around a bit. I weigh 145 and am running a 300 spring ( came with it ) and the pressure setting is at 100 right now.

If I knock it down to 85-90 range is there any negative effects if all of the other settings are correct/ adjusted? I like the travel super supple but do not want to run it too low.

The pressure affects the transition from low speed to high speed compression damping. Basically, the pedaling platform.

To achieve what you are asking for, run the pressure as low as possible without getting pedal bob. Go ahead and try the pressure at 85 psi. The only setting that will be affected is the sag. Dial up the spring preload a bit.
