well first off id like to thank matt at diablo for helping out all my friends this morning with a bleed and then installing a new cable and fixing a derailleur and the works. then after my first run my derailleur snapped off entirely and matt helped me put on a new one and new chain and get me going again. But while he was busy as hell all day he kept his cool all day and didnt get angry.

The entire mech staff at diablo are awesome dudes. I've broken something on my bike damn near every time I've ridden there and they've been awesome. Even when it gets complicated they're always patient, polite and friendly.
