At least, this is the way I remember it.

That's the best got-dayum ride report I've ever seen. In the history of ever.
There is not enough rep in this universe... of course, I must spread some before giving it to 'squeeb.
I think there is a certain amount of insider information going on here with regards to this trail...
I tried and it denied me too.
Updated to add an image I thought appropriate for Bad Andy!s digger.
Mi gusta. Well played.
Dude. It was just an everyday Colorado shuttle run. And us CO downhillers always keep our stashes on the DL.
I can tell you this, though: I got stung by a bee.
EDIt: mayhaps this will help put the pieces of Pesqueeb's sloppy narrative together?
Steeper than it looks.
The sawtooth on bikes? I'm impressed.
Nah, the TH was just below the sawtooth. We headed the other way, Trail 600 > Burning Bear (Trail 601). Deets: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/47231314
Thats closer to what I remember.
There were some breaks, too
Some actual pictures from the ride.*

Thanks for the ride fellas.
After a couple of scenes like these I wasn't so sure you'd be thanking any of us for that ride!
We saw this pretty often...
1,000 Mile Stare...
Just wait until the next one... when we do a ride with a BIG climb in it.
Yes, yes there were...
squeeb...the broken man.
I've been worse, but I was suffering. I saw it first in another thread and I LOL'd HARD. Must Spread rep, you made my day.
Zee only smile we'd see on Pesqueeb between the pass and the beer:
Dudes... this is all TOTALLY rideable, bro.
See! Totally ride... oh, wait.
DUDE! Get on the FVCKING TRAIL!!
Oh... that IS the trail.
Mmmm... dead trees...
Mmmm... some sort of weird, wet sandwich. And crappy beer.
Hey flowers - it's almost fvcking winter. Get your **** TOGETHER.
Hey 'Squeeb - that's all TOTALLY RIDEABLE, BRO!!
TOTALLY rideable, bro.
Don't be a pvss.
Look, ma - no smiles!
slow forest fire season this year?
ss....why no pics when you ski?
squeeb...in seven years of living there...i never got used to the altitude.
Almost all DH all the time when I ski... which leaves no time for pics. But just for you:
Great stuff fellas!
Great thread! Looks like the perfect combo of pleasure and pain.
Dammit - this deserves to come back to Page 1.
If the Kenosha -> Copper ride comes to fruition... it will be... it WILL be...
You know... I was just looking at this on a map this morning... Intredasting. Although may I suggest up Peak 9 to Wheeler Pass, then descending to the junction with Colorado Trail back up and over to Miner's Creek and finish on the Peaks trail either to Breck or Frisco. You know, AFTER riding CT from Kenosha to Breck...
I f**king LOVE this idea. I mean... it's a shuttle! I f**king LOVE shuttles!
Gads. I can't believe that ride was 2.5 years ago.
It aged me.
Shuttle? Psssssh. Think Kenosh > Georgia > Breck > Peak 9 > Wheeler > CT > Miner's Creek > Gold Hill > French Gulch > Jefferson Creek > Kenosh
You know, a 'lollipop'.
look who has the shiny new truck!
New custom title: Shuttle Bitch
No, that is not a truck. It is a malformed station wagon.
Or Shuttled Bitch. I tried to say no but they just wouldn't stop.
Still not quite sure how this keeps dropping down on this page.
