I think the mountain biking training bible has a decent nutrition section - I haven't read it in a long time. I can look tonite and let you know.

Anybody read this yet?
It's supposed to be pretty good, i was thinking about getting it because I'm training for more endurance races this summer.

Doesn't Carmichael look like a used car salemen on the cover???
