ok ,so anyone who read my previous post might have seen what i was eating.man i was a mess,that was just stupid,i dont want to be an athlete,i just want to be healthy.there is no point in me gram counting,or measuring gi levels,just as long as i eat healthy food i'll get to where i want to be.
there is this big idea about overzealous food conumption control for normal peaple,which i think isn't a good idea.unless you really are an athlete,or need to lose weight for heart reasons ect.,its better to just lead an active lifestlye and eat well.
the other thing is processed foods,by this i mean anything where the grains have been finely ground to talcum powder like states,or heavily glazed with crap.these foods may claim a health logo,but in the end its much better(and usually cheaper)to get more unprocessed and pure foods.
done.i feel good now.
