is there a way to keep your instant message conversations on top of all your windows? I'm usually surfing the monkey and iming at the same time. I wind up ignoring the people im taking to when i read a thread. so just keeping ichat on top of firefox is what i really need to do.

Just put your ichat convos in tabs, like you do in firefox. I use Chax. http://www.ksuther.com/chax/
