Two of Four twilight races are left in the Infineon Raceway Twilight Series on the track in Sonoma.
We are riding Tuesday nights at 6:00 pm, registration opens at 5 and you are welcome to warm up during that time. We have had a great turn out so far. Z Team is in full effect, we have had a couple of Sierra Nevada riders, Mark Wier took second this week and Liz Hatch and Kristin Drumm can be spotted leading the women.
The cost is $15 and a current USAC liscence is required, JR's ride for free. (one-days available on site) We are offering a total cash purse of $210 each week as well as primes (typically 3 primes for 2 bottles of Generations of Sonoma Wine each) and merchandise give aways. Results are chip timing by Buzzword productions and results are typically up five minutes after the finish.
Though we have had the opprotunity to host some great racers, this is an awesome opportunity for riders of all ages and levels to get into the racing scene or just enjoy a good day on the bike.
