If you aim well enough, any gun can shoot mac and cheese. The key is to focus on the front sight, and not be distracted by the pleasantly artificial orange target area.

Still, a 12 ga #00 buck shell would do nicely.

I'm lactose intolerant so if I eat Mac and Cheese I can shoot it out my ass really quick.

Too bad Arthur C. Clarke didn't imagine one so DARPA could make one for you...

Clarke's Stiletto is actually: "a jet of molten metal, hurled through space at several hundred kilometres per second by the most powerful electro-magnets ever built."

Now DARPA are working on a weapon called MAHEM - Magneto Hydrodynamic Explosive Munition - that uses the same principle as Clarke's fictional device.
It could have been:
