sweet jesus! a woman WANTS to, and has already been, volunteering as a wild life rehab, and in its infantile or is it infinite, wisdumb, the vb city council wants to revoke her permit, thus FORCING the SPCA to euthanize the critters. i'm not sure if only locals are allowed to sign it, maybe you could say you 'tourist' there, and find this proposal disagreeable, whatever, just please take the time to look at this and sign if you can.
