why does some quoted text get auto-formatted? look around, it's everywhere.

It's been happening occasionally for a while, I assumed it was a local issue, such as a smartphone that auto-formats text.

i thought it was a comma in the quote=poster part, but that's not consistent either. if it's a vbulletin feature, then no use getting worked up about it i reckon.
