in #5, are we talking about Davey Jones the Monkey, or "Davey Jones Locker" a Seamen's term for the Briney deep.
If the later, then that is my guess ;)

I do find it humorous, that when you ask someone to explain themselves, they respond with a defense mechanism.

as was said before, there are extremists and criminals everywhere. doesn't our goverment agressively and violently pursue democracy? is there something wrong with that?

Millions? Is that two million, 10 million, 100 million?

How many do you attribute to each? I am particularly interested in E.

And where is Saddam on your list? Is he completely innocent of these deaths? Seems to me that he might have some impact on them. Funny how in Northern Iraq the infant mortality rate went down after 1994 when the UN began to adminster the food for oil program. It actually is now below where it was in the late 80's. In those same reports where the 500,000 infant deaths is reported, the UN goes to great lengths to point out that a significant portion of the problem can be attributed to how the money and supplies from the food for oil program are managed in Southern and Central Iraq.

Certainly all of your "answers" are contributing factors but please don't forget the one that probably stands above the rest.
