I am moving out of my current place, and looking for 1-2 roommates to move with me into a 3 bedroom 2 bath place. It is located in Scotts Valley, about 10 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and, 15-20 mins to Los Gatos, and about 20-25 mins from San Jose. I do not like being in crowded downtown SC, so there is lots of space to build trails/dirt jumps on the property. Lots of trees, etc and not very close to the road. There is a seperate 2 car garage but I have A LOT of tools and a Jeep that gets worked on a lot so I need pretty much all the room in there. Still a little room for storage and bikes. Has BIG upper and lower decks also with awesome views.
If lease is signed before May 15th, then the rent is cheaper. Can discuss specific rent since I want the whole garage and the bedrooms are different sizes. Pretty much furnished too. $600 range.
