OK... I really just wanted to brag that Lopes works out at my gym, but I did talk to him at my lunch work-out today about his leg. He is hoping that he will be able to start racing again in a month or two.
He wasn't limping or anything when I saw him, so that is good.




GO LOPES!!!

next time you see him, ask him why he can't be bothered to respond to a 'hello' when he's out riding. i know he's a pro mountain biker and all, but a little congeniality on the trails goes a long way.

Lopes seemed pretty cool to me. Maybe I got him on a good day though.

Figured I'd lived in the OC long enough w/o bumping into you.
After that SO jump on the cruiser, I put that pic on my wallpaper.

Didn't you get the little message that I wrote on your dusty new truck?

It might be a while till we meet. I will be stuck here in school for a good solid 2 weeks working on projects, then I am headed straight to the East Coast if I can find a ride.

Hey Metal, if you can make it to Phoenix Team SWIFT will give you a FREE roundtrip ride back east. We actually need someone else over 18 to help drive back from VT since I have to fly home right after the race. The team is paying for lodging and gas for the whole trip.
