Saw this on Facebook and holy crap the conditions on the glacier at the beginning of the race are nuts - you can't see ten feet in front of the rider.

I've been skiing in those conditions before but never mountain biking, on snow, not being able to see just a couple feet in front of me.

true enduuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuro!! 1 hour..it would be fun ride a few times every day! that's long track.

The mud was even worse. Especially in qualis and the whole week before it. A few friends started this year and since weather earlier this month in France was really bad (every day, very heavy rain) some parts of the track were unrideable.

Well, with minimal to no terrain definition, we couldn't make out anything in front of us either, but it was still tons of fun!
