Moab - Whole Enchilada - DH tires?

Heading out to Moab for Memorial Day and will be doing the Whole Enchilada for the first time. I've done Porcupine Rim a couple of times with DH tires and I'm wondering if I should use them again when shuttling the whole enchilada or if the distance is just too long even with the shuttle? Locals advice?

I have no advice but would like to know as well. I'm planning on exploring Moab this season and could use some good G2.
